eine Auseinandersetzung mit prekärer Arbeit im Kunstumfeld
Eine Aufseherin und ein Kunstwerk. Was passiert, wenn zwei fremde Körper nebeneinander atmen, miteinander leben?
Eine Aufseherin und ein Kunstwerk teilen sich den Raum in einem bekannten Museum in Europa. Sie- eine gute Angestellte die versucht, die Hoffnung in einem längst ausgebeuteten System nicht aufzugeben. Es- hinterfragt seine Herkunft und den Sinn von Kunst und Darstellung. Zwei Außenseiter die sich begegnen. Ein Versuch das Ungefragte zu formulieren und von Arbeit und Ausbeutung in der heutigen Kunstwelt zu sprechen.
Welche Beziehung haben wir zur Kunst? Was kann Kunst heute noch? Welche vorstellbaren Räume lassen sich entdecken?
Das Kollektiv Weiter, bestehend aus Autorin Alexandra Pâzgu, Musiker und Komponist Florian Kmet und Schauspieler Roman Blumenschein, veröffentlichte 2021 ihr erstes Hörspiel „Die Eroberung der Stadt“ in Ö1. Als weiterführende Recherche zum Thema Städte flanieren möchte das Kollektiv mit diesem Projekt einmal stillstehen, einatmen und nachdenken.

große räume, umarmt von kunst
das habe ich auch bei dem vorstellungsgespräch gesagt:
für mich sind das einkommen, das stehen und der zeitaufwand kein problem
ich liebe kunst
und das ist am wichtigsten.
inmitten von bildern zu stehen
kunst einzuatmen
und wegen der zeiteinteilung bin ich auch sehr flexibel
es wird eben noch mehr kunst in meinem leben geben
ich werde von nun an keine wochenenden, keine urlaubszeiten mehr haben
ich werde kein sozialleben mehr haben und kein
sozialleben mehr brauchen
weil eben, die kunst am wichtigsten ist
diese kunst da, und diese kunst da“

an examination of precarious work in the art environment
A supervisor and a work of art. What happens when two foreign bodies breathe next to each other, live together?
A supervisor and a work of art share space in a well-known museum in Europe. She- a good employee trying not to give up hope in a system that has long been exploited. It- questions its origin and the meaning of art and representation. Two outsiders who meet. An attempt to formulate the unquestioned and to speak of work and exploitation in today’s art world.
What is our relationship to art? What can art still do today? What imaginable spaces can be discovered?
The artist collective „Kollektiv Weiter“, consisting of author Alexandra Pâzgu, musician and composer Florian Kmet and actor Roman Blumenschein, published their first radio play “Die Eroberung der Stadt” (The Conquest of the City) in Ö1 in 2021. As a further research on the topic of strolling cities, the collective would like to stand still, take a breath and reflect with this project.

big spaces, embraced by art
that’s what i said at the interview:
for me the income, the standing and the time commitment are no problem
i love art
and that is the most important thing.
to stand in the middle of pictures
to breathe in art
and because of the time management i am also very flexible
there will be even more art in my life
from now on i will have no more weekends, no more vacations
i will have no more social life and i will
