I was invited to make music to a very touching and thrilling evening with letters from an unusual love affair around the 1860´s.

The “Aktionstheaterensemble” states: Franz Michael Felders marriage with Anna Katharina Moosbrugger, that took place in 1861, could not be combined with our expectations of a love affair in the 19th century in the midst of “Bregenzer Wald”.  The intimate letters, diaries and poems are a romantic, tender, poetic and ironic report of a highly unusual relationship. Their love was destroyed by  Anna Katharina Felders early death in 1868.

Director Martin Gruber stages this evening in the signs of love and griev, desire and fullfillment, intimacy and public.
